Delivery charges are 4.90 EUR for Spain and Portugal (Península). For delivery charges to other destinations please check Delivery Charges..
All orders in Spain (Peninsula) are sent in aproximately 1 or 2 working days after they are ready. To check delivery times for the rest of destinations check Delivery Charges.
In general terms, the parcels will be sent within the following 48 hours after payment is registered. Shipping is made by company NACEX. You will receive an order tracking number and you will be able to check your order in "Tracking your order".
Delivery charges include handling, packaking and delivery costs. We recommend you to purchase all the items in the same order. It's not possible to combine two different orders, and delivery charges will apply individually. To redeem your discount voucher is very simple. In the final process of your order,you will get an order summary and a box to introduce your discount voucher.

You have a 14 days calendar period from receipt date.First you should contact please our customer Service Department by mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are not satisfied with your ordered items . Don´t worry ! You have 14 calendar days from receipt time to request a return. You should please send an e-mail to email@example.com with your order number and we will inform you about the steps to follow.
The refund will be made in the same form of payment of your order. The refund amount will be order total,minus delivery charge and refund charge 4.90 EUR ( Spain and Portugal Peninsula). Please check with us the rest of destinations refund charges.
We only accept returns made throught Dun Fashion.
To change size or colour of your item,it´s required you make a request by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, with the REF: "CHANGE SIZE/COLOUR", and we will proceed to deal with the exchange as soon as possible.
The first change is free.You only need to pay for the return cost from your address to Dun warehouse (4.90 EUR Spain and Portugal Peninsula), and we will send you the new order for free.
In case you would like to make a second change, you should pay for all return and new delivery charges.
We don´t accept exchange of different items. To exchange for a different item ,you should return your order and make a new one.
In case you will receive an order with a damaged or faulty item,you could return it without cost. Please contact our customer service department by mail email@example.com , including a description and details of defects, enclosing photos of damages etc..
The articles should be unused, with original labels and packaging,valid parcel summary document and including original accessories if applicable.If articles don´t fulfill these requirements change could be denied. Once Dun Fashion will receive damaged item and check manufacturing defects will send for free a new item of similar characteristics.
In case the same article will not be available, Dun Fashion will replace it for one of similar or higher value, refunding customer in case of lower value, as soon as possible within the following 14 days.
Your return will be accepted by DUN Fashion if you please fulfill with the following requirements.
1. Article must be unusued and in original condition, without any damage.
2. Que se encuentre en su condición original, con todos los elementos que contuviese.
3. Not washed.
4. You must return it with the original packaging box that should be in good condition.
