How to request a return?
If you are not satisfied with your ordered items , Don´t worry ! You have 14 calendar days from receipt time to request a return.You should please send an e-mail to email@example.com with your order number and we will inform you about the steps to follow.
The refund will be made in the same form of payment of your order. The refund amount will be the order total, minus delivery charge and refund charge 4.90 EUR ( Spain and Portugal Peninsula).Please check with us the rest of destinations refund charges.
We only accept returns made through Dun Fashion.
How to change size and colour of an article?
To change size or colour of your item,it´s required you make a request by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, with the REF:"CHANGE SIZE/COLOUR", and we will proceed to deal with the exchange as soon as possible.
The first change is free.You only need to pay for the return cost from your address to Dun warehouse (4.90 EUR Spain and Portugal Peninsula), and we will send you the new order for free.
In case you would like to make a second change, you should pay for all return and new delivery charges.
We don´t accept exchange of different items. To exchange for a different item ,you should return your order and make a new one.
Exchange and returns policy
We only accept changes and returns of items in original condition,unused, not altered or washed.
The articles should be returned with the original packaging and labels, and should be in a resaleable condition.Dun Fashion has the right to reject a return if doesn´t fulfill with these requirements.
Returns of damaged or faulty articles
In case you will receive an order with a damaged or faulty item,you could return it without cost. Please contact our customer service department by mail email@example.com , including a description and details of defects, enclosing photos of damages etc..
The articles should be unused, with original labels and packaging,valid parcel summary document and including original accessories if applicable.If articles don´t fulfill these requirements change could be denied. Once Dun Fashion will receive damaged item and check manufacturing defects will send for free a new item of similar characteristics.
In case the same article will not be available, Dun Fashion will replace it for one of similar or higher value, refunding customer in case of lower value, as soon as possible within the following 14 days.
The total or partial refund of the order value,will be made in the same form of payment of the order. It will take aproximately 14 days. This period may change depending on banks, holiday periods etc...
